ACTINIDIA kolomikta

A striking, slender, dioecious climber reaching 4.5-6m. Remarkable on account of the tri-couloured variegation of many of its leaves, the terminal half being creamy-white, flushed pink. The variegation is not apparent on very young plants. Flowers white, slightly fragrant, 12mm across, opening in June; fruits ovoid, 2.5cm long, yellowish and sweet. The form in general cultivation appears to be a male plant.
