Aristolochia durior

Description

'Dutchman's Pipe'. A vigorous species reaching 9m in a suitable tree. Leaves heartshaped or kidney-shaped up to 30cm long. Flowers tubular, bent in the lower half, like a siphon, 2.5-4cm long, yellowish green, the flared mouth brownish-purple, produced in June in axillary pairs.
