VIBURNUM davidii

A small, evergreen shrub of compact habit, generally forming a low, widespreading mound and creating good groundcover. The large, narrowly oval, leathery leaves are conspicuously 3-nerved and are glossy dark green above, paler beneath. Flowers small, dull white, borne in terminal cymes in June. The bright turquoise-blue, egg-shaped fruits are never too plentiful but are particularly striking during winter, combining effectively with the lustrous green foliage.(7-8)
